Description
Bragsin1 is a potent, selective, and noncompetitive inhibitor of the ArfGEF BRAG2, blocking Arf GTPase activation with an IC50 of 3 μM. This small molecule exhibits anti-cancer activity and is a valuable chemical probe for studying Arf-dependent signaling pathways in cancer cell proliferation and invasion, both in vitro and in vivo.
