HQL-79 is a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable inhibitor of human hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthase (H-PGDS), exhibiting anti-allergic activity by suppressing PGD2 synthesis (Kd: 0.8 μM, IC50: 6 μM) .
