• Description :

  NFL-NH2 is a mitochondrial-targeted near-infrared ratiometric fluorescent probe. NFL-NH2 can rapidly detect NO levels associated with the inflammatory damage degree in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) mice models by ratiometric fluorescence imaging. The excitation wavelength and emission wavelength are 650 nm and 780 nm, respectively[1].
