UK-371804 is a highly potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA), exhibiting a Ki of 10 nM. It demonstrates significant selectivity, being 2700-fold more selective against plasmin and 4000-fold against tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA) .
