Description
7ETMC is a potent and selective inhibitor of human Cytochrome P450 1A1 and 1A2, with IC50 values of 0.46 μM and 0.50 μM, respectively. It exhibits no activity against CYP2A6 or CYP2B1 at concentrations up to 50 μM. This selectivity makes it a valuable research tool for investigating CYP1A function in drug metabolism and toxicology studies, both in vitro and in vivo.
