Description

BPDBA is a potent, selective, and non-competitive inhibitor of the betaine/GABA transporter BGT-1 (GAT2) . It demonstrates inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 20 μM for human BGT-1 and 35 μM for mouse GAT2. This compound is a valuable research tool for investigating GABAergic signaling and osmoregulation in both cellular and animal models.
