Description
CK59 is a reversible CaMKII inhibitor that also potently blocks L-type and other voltage-gated calcium channels. With an IC50 of ~50 μM for channel inhibition, it is a useful research tool for studying calcium signaling pathways in neuronal and cardiac systems, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
