Description
Uprifosbuvir (MK-3682) is a prodrug of a uridine monophosphate analog that potently inhibits the HCV NS5B RNA polymerase. It has demonstrated significant antiviral activity in both in vitro assays and in vivo animal models for the study of chronic hepatitis C virus infection and antiviral mechanisms.
