Description
CycLuc2 is a highly efficient cyclic alkylaminoluciferin substrate for firefly luciferase, producing 4.7-fold and 2.6-fold greater bioluminescent signal than aminoluciferin and D-luciferin, respectively. Its enhanced brightness makes it particularly valuable for sensitive in vivo imaging and high-throughput in vitro reporter assays in bioluminescence research.
