The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.1 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.0. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2- 8 °C.
The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 100 tests in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 °C.
The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 100 tests in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 °C.

Human CD42b
CD42b, also known as gpIb, is a two-chain membrane glycoprotein that forms a noncovalent complex with gpIX (CD42a) on the surface of platelets and megakaryocytes. Binding of the gpIb/gpIX heterodimer to von Willebrand factor bound to exposed subendothelial surfaces is essential for platelet adhesion at sites of injury.1-6
