Description
Aspulvinone O is a fungal metabolite with antioxidant and anticancer properties. It acts as a GOT1 inhibitor and demonstrates cytotoxic activity against pancreatic cancer cell lines, reducing oxygen consumption and inducing apoptosis. In vivo, it suppresses tumor growth in a mouse xenograft model.
