Description
A2ti-2 is a selective, low-affinity inhibitor of the A2/S100A10 heterotetramer (A2t) with an IC50 of 230 μM. It functions by disrupting the A2-S100A10 protein interaction, thereby exhibiting antiviral activity and providing protection against HPV16 infection in research models. This small molecule is a useful tool for studying annexin A2-dependent pathways in virology and oncology research.
