Description
NAP-1 is a small molecule anesthetic agent. In vitro, it enhances paired-pulse inhibition in rat hippocampal slices at 100 μM. In vivo, it induces loss of righting reflex in tadpoles with an EC50 of 0.53 μM, supporting its study in neuroscience and anesthesiology research.
