Description
BX-320 is a potent and selective PDK1 inhibitor (IC50=30 nM) that suppresses downstream Akt and p70S6K phosphorylation in vitro. It induces apoptosis and inhibits proliferation in various cancer cell lines and demonstrates in vivo efficacy by reducing lung tumor growth in a mouse metastasis model.
