- Specificity: Recognizes mouse IgG, lambda. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum. Solid phase adsorptions against a panel of mouse IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA.
