Description
Coumarin boronic acid (CBA) is a selective fluorescent probe for detecting peroxynitrite, hypochlorous acid, and hydrogen peroxide, with the fastest reaction kinetics for peroxynitrite. Its oxidation yields highly fluorescent 7-hydroxycoumarin, making it valuable for studying oxidative stress in both cellular and in vivo models of inflammation and related pathologies.
