Description
Adenosine 5'-succinate is a structural analog of AMP that potently inhibits denatonium benzoate-induced activation of taste receptor signaling via transducin. This inhibitor is a valuable research tool for studying bitter taste transduction mechanisms in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo sensory physiology models.
