• Specificity: Recognizes human Nicotinic alpha5 receptor (460-468) and the reactivity of Nicotinic alpha5 receptor is ~95%. Does not react to Nicotinic alpha3 receptor, Nicotinic alpha4 receptor, Nicotinic alpha7 receptor, Nicotinic beta2 receptor, Nicotinic beta3 receptor and Nicotinic beta4 receptor.
