  Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS/Tween-20, 2% normal goat serum. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes human Nicotinic alpha5 receptor (460-468) and the reactivity of Nicotinic alpha5 receptor is ~95%. Does not react to Nicotinic alpha3 receptor, Nicotinic alpha4 receptor, Nicotinic alpha7 receptor, Nicotinic beta2 receptor, Nicotinic beta3 receptor and Nicotinic beta4 receptor.
