Description
THI0019 is a potent small molecule agonist of the integrin α4β1 (VLA-4), exhibiting an EC50 of 1-2 μM to promote stem/progenitor cell adhesion. It also modulates adhesion mediated by α4β7, α5β1, and αLβ2 integrins, making it a useful research tool for studying cell migration and homing in both in vitro and in vivo immunological and hematopoietic models.
