• Storage Conditions:

  Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes D3 Dopamine Receptor (2-10) and the reactivity of D3 Dopamine Receptor is 80%. Does not react to D1 Dopamine Receptor (9-21),D1 Dopamine Receptor, D2 Dopamine Receptor (272-282), D2 Dopamine Receptor, D4 Dopamine Receptor (176-185), D4 Dopamine Receptor, D5 Dopamine Receptor (23-35) and D5 Dopamine Receptor. Highly specific for this peptide sequence and suitable for immunocytochemical detection of the D3 dopamine receptor.
