• Storage Conditions :

  May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 °C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• Specificity :

  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-rabbit serum. Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of Mouse IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA.. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes.
