Description
Chst15-IN-1 is a selective, reversible covalent inhibitor of the Chst15 sulfotransferase. By blocking CS-E sulfation, it counteracts CSPG-mediated inhibition of neurite outgrowth, showing potential for applications in neural repair research both in vitro and in vivo.
