Specificity
Recognizes JAK 2 (130kD) from a number of tissues, including mouse 3T3-L1 cells, rat adipocytes and A431 human carcinoma cells. A minor degradation product at approximately 92kD might also be visible in some cell and tissue preparations. Does not crossreact with other JAK or related proteins. Species sequence homology: rat and mouse
