• Specificity: Recognizes a 65kD protein corresponding to the molecular mass of human phosphorylated N-WASP. A similar band is observed in pervanadate treated HeLa and endothelial cells. Weak bands are also observed at a higher MW after pervanadate treatment, may be due to weak cross reactivity with phosphotyrosine.
