For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes endogenous levels of human AMPKa1/a2 only when phosphorylated at serine 485 or serine 491. This antibody does not cross-react with other related proteins. Species Crossreactivity: Mouse, monkey and rat.
