Description
Namoline is a γ-pyrone-based, selective, and reversible LSD1 inhibitor (IC50 = 51 μM) . It suppresses LSD1 demethylase activity, leading to inhibition of cell proliferation, and is a useful research tool for studying androgen-dependent prostate cancer in both cellular and animal models.
