Recognizes human NaPi-2A (Npt IIa). Species sequence homology: rat, mouse, rabbit-100%, sheep-86%,bovine-81% and opossum-71% NPT2a. No significant sequence homology is observed with NPT2b or other Pi-transporters (Type-I, III, or IV) transporters.
