MPO-IN-4 (compound 12) is a potent, selective myeloperoxidase (MPO) inhibitor (IC50 = 25 nM) with over 80-fold selectivity against thyroid peroxidase (TPO, IC50 = 2.2 μM) and no activity on MGMT.
