Description
TPBM is a potent and selective inhibitor of estrogen receptor α (ERα), with an IC50 of 9 μM against E2-ERα binding and 5 μM in E2-dependent cell proliferation assays. It effectively blocks ERα recruitment to target genes and is useful for studying ERα function in breast cancer models, both in vitro and in vivo.
