Species Crossreactivity: human, mouse, rat, monkey, bovine, sheep, canine, rabbit and amphibian and fish RyR-1 and RyR-2 isoforms. Detects alpha, beta and cardiac isoforms in chicken. Recognizes frog alpha and beta isoforms, the fish alpha isoform, as well as RyR-3 in mouse cells.
