Description
LDHA/PDKs-IN-2 (compound 20k) is a dual inhibitor of lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA) and pyruvate dehydrogenase kinases (PDKs), exhibiting IC50 values of 0.7 μM and 1.6 μM, respectively. It shifts cellular metabolism from glycolysis to oxidative phosphorylation, evidenced by increased oxygen consumption and decreased lactate production. This compound demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in cancer research, such as in A549 cells with an EC50 of 15.7 μM.
