Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

  Reacts with both the monomer and dimer forms of Connexin 32 (molecular weights of ~32kD and 51kD). Reactivity is con rmed with brain and liver from rat and mouse. Based on sequence homology, this antibody is expected to react with human Connexin 32.
