WHI-P180 (Janex 3) is a multi-targeted kinase inhibitor with potent activity against RET (IC50 = 5 nM) and KDR (IC50 = 66 nM), and weaker activity against EGFR (IC50 = 4 μM) . This small molecule is a useful research tool for investigating oncogenic signaling pathways in both cellular and animal models of cancers driven by these kinases.
