  May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes the I domain (Val151-Ala364) of human a1 integrin (CD49a). Precipitates proteins of Mr 180kD, pI 5.9-6.0 (alpha chain) and Mr 115kD, pI 4.5-5.0 (beta chain) from human lymphocyte lysates. Does not recognize rat recombinant I domain of integrin a1.
