  Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20 degree. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing . Store at -20 degree . For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the orginal vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

  Recognizes human HLA Class 1 Antigen-A11.
  Cytotoxicity Crossreactivity: HLA class 1, A3. Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions.
