EWP 815 is a disulfiram analog that potently inhibits Ins (1,4) P2 phosphatase, Ins (1,4,5) P3 5-phosphatase, and dopamine β-hydroxylase. This inhibitor is used in research to study phosphoinositide signaling pathways and catecholamine biosynthesis in both cellular and animal models.
