• Specificity :

  Recognizes mouse Integrin alpha6. In cutaneous melanocytic lesions, the level of expression of three integrin subunits (a2, a6, and b3) has been found to be correlated with tumor progression. I7661-36C1 is directed against a6-integrins (Laminin receptor, VLA-6), shows a cytoplasmic staining pattern of uveal and cutaneous melanoma cells. Antibody blocks binding of integrin a6 to laminin P1 and E8.
