Description
D18 is a dual TLR7/8 agonist (EC50: 24 nM hTLR7, 10 nM hTLR8) that epigenetically upregulates PD-L1 to potentiate anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy. It also serves as a cytotoxic payload for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), such as HE-S2, supporting research in immuno-oncology and ADC development [1].
