Description
Esomeprazole magnesium is an orally bioavailable proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion by targeting H+/K+-ATPase. It is widely used in research models of acid-related disorders, including in vitro enzyme assays and in vivo studies for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) .
