Description

PXYD4 is a small molecule antagonist targeting the C-terminal domain (CTD) of ribosomal protein S1 (RpsA) in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, with binding affinities in the low micromolar range. It serves as a valuable research tool for studying RpsA's role in bacterial translocation and can be applied in both in vitro biochemical assays and cellular studies of mycobacterial physiology.
