Description
NOD2 antagonist 1 (compound 32) is a selective small molecule inhibitor of NOD2 with an IC50 of 5.23 μM. It effectively suppresses MDP-induced IL-8 secretion in THP-1 cells and inhibits the production of IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α in PBMCs, making it a useful tool for studying NOD2-mediated inflammatory pathways in vitro.
