Description
AMG-548 hydrochloride is a potent and selective p38α inhibitor (Ki=0.5 nM) with oral activity. It effectively suppresses LPS-induced TNFα production in whole blood (IC50=3 nM) and also inhibits casein kinase 1δ/ε, thereby modulating Wnt signaling pathways.
