Description
RmlA-IN-2 is a potent small-molecule inhibitor of the enzyme 1-phosphoglucose thymidyltransferase (RmlA; IC50 = 0.303 μM) . It disrupts the biosynthesis of L-rhamnose, a key cell wall component, thereby compromising bacterial membrane integrity.
