Description
PKG1α activator 3 is a potent small molecule activator of PKG1α (EC50 values of 13 μM and 0.52 μM for basal and partially activated enzyme, respectively) . It demonstrates anti-proliferative effects on vascular smooth muscle cells in vitro, making it a useful research tool for studying cardiovascular pathologies such as pulmonary hypertension and atherosclerosis.
