Clazosentan (Ro 61-1790) is a selective endothelin A (ETA) receptor antagonist used in research to study ET-1-mediated vasospasm. It is applied in preclinical models of subarachnoid hemorrhage and cardiovascular diseases for both in vitro and in vivo investigations.
