Dehydroglyasperin D is a multi-target small molecule with anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. It inhibits HT-29 cancer cell proliferation via PI3K interaction and suppresses inflammation by directly binding and inhibiting MLK3, thereby blocking COX-2 expression and the MLK3 signaling pathway.
