Apostatin-1 (Apt-1) is a novel small molecule inhibitor that selectively targets the TRAF2-binding domain of TRADD. This mechanism enables its use in vitro and in vivo to investigate TNF signaling pathways, apoptosis, and necroptosis in relevant disease models.
