Suggested loading volumes for western blot are 0.25ul-2ul per lane. This E Coli lysate contains a 41 kd recombinant protein expressing 12 commonly used Tags which are fused in the order of GST- T7-HSV-C-MYC-VSV-Glu-Glu-V5-E-tag-F lag-S-tag-HA-6xHIS. Recommend loading 0.5 ul-4.0 ul cell lysate for 10-12% gels.
