Description
Physalin A, a natural compound from Physalis alkekengi, exhibits anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic activity by modulating the Nrf2 pathway via ERK/p38 and inhibiting NF-κB signaling. It also reduces mammosphere formation by downregulating GLI1 and YAP1, making it a useful research tool for studying fibrosis, inflammation, and cancer stem cells in vitro.
